On June 30, 2008, Jeffrey Epstein pleaded guilty to two Florida state charges: solicitation of prostitution from a minor and procurement of minors for prostitution. The plea included an 18-month sentence to be served at the Palm Beach County Stockade.
The Non-Prosecution Agreement negotiated with U.S. Attorney Alexander Acosta provided immunity from federal prosecution not only to Epstein but to unspecified potential co-conspirators.
