Crime Victims' Rights Act Petition Renewed in Florida Federal Court

Attorneys for crime victims renew their petition in Florida federal court arguing that the Epstein non-prosecution agreement violated the Crime Victims' Rights Act by preventing victims from being informed of and consulted about the federal plea deal.
