Little Saint James Island Listed for Sale After Estate Settlement

Little Saint James Island, Jeffrey Epstein's private Caribbean island and the most notorious element of his real estate portfolio, was listed for sale in 2024 as part of the estate's winding down. The asking price was reportedly in the range of $125 million. The island's temple structure and underground facilities were demolished prior to sale.
