Second Circuit Hears Oral Arguments in Maxwell Conviction Appeal

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit hears oral arguments in Ghislaine Maxwell's appeal of her 2021 sex trafficking conviction. Maxwell's attorneys argue juror misconduct, improper jury instructions, and other grounds. The court reserves decision. Maxwell is serving a 20-year sentence at FCI Tallahassee.
