Who flew on the aircraft on specific dates
Where the aircraft traveled
Approximate timing of flights

What They Do NOT Document

Flight logs do not establish:

Why a person was on the flight
What happened at the destination
Whether the passenger knew of trafficking activities
Whether the passenger engaged in any wrongdoing

The Context Question

A flight log entry requires context for interpretation. A scientist flying to an island conference is different from a person who visited regularly and is named in victim testimony.

The Evidentiary Value

In litigation, flight logs corroborate or contradict specific claims about meeting locations and times. Virginia Giuffre’s claim that she was brought to New York near the time of the alleged Andrew encounter was examined against flight logs. This corroborative use is their primary evidentiary value.
