No biological children of Jeffrey Epstein have been publicly identified. Epstein died in August 2019 without being married and without publicly acknowledged offspring.
Epstein’s estate — which was filed in the U.S. Virgin Islands — did not initially identify any children as heirs. The estate was placed in trust with his brother Mark Epstein as beneficiary of the residual trust after victims’ compensation claims were resolved.
