The NPA Co-Conspirators
The 2008 NPA granted immunity to unnamed co-conspirators. A schedule listing these individuals exists but has never been made public. Federal courts have not ordered its disclosure.
The 2024 Unsealed Documents
In January 2024, a large tranche of documents from the Giuffre v. Maxwell civil case was unsealed by court order. These documents contained mentions of numerous individuals. Importantly, being mentioned in these documents does not mean the person committed a crime.
What Was Released
The unsealed documents included depositions, emails, and other materials from civil litigation. Many names appeared in contexts ranging from alleged abuse to being witnesses to simply being contacts.
The Distinction
The public often conflates different categories:
- Flight log passengers: Does not prove misconduct
- Contact book entries: Does not prove misconduct
- Co-conspirators named in NPA: Legal designation indicating possible criminal liability
- Named in victim testimony: Allegations requiring legal assessment
Nothing Definitive
No court-established comprehensive list of criminal co-conspirators has been made public. The investigation continues.
