Beyond Ghislaine Maxwell, has anyone else been criminally charged for participating in Jeffrey Epstein’s trafficking network?

Criminal accountability for the Epstein network has been limited. The roster as of early 2025:
Convicted:
- Ghislaine Maxwell: Convicted on five felony counts, sentenced to 20 years (sentenced June 2022, conviction affirmed 2024)
Charged criminally but never convicted:
- Tova Noel and Michael Thomas (MCC guards): Charged with falsifying prison records; charges dropped May 2021
- Jean-Luc Brunel (model agent): Charged in France with sex crimes against minors; died in Paris custody February 2022 before trial concluded
Named in civil proceedings but not criminally charged:
- Multiple individuals were named as defendants in civil lawsuits related to Epstein’s operation. Settlement rather than trial was the outcome for most civil cases
- Prince Andrew settled Virginia Giuffre’s civil lawsuit for a reported $10–12 million without criminal charges in the U.S. or UK
Individuals covered by NPA immunity:
- The 2008 NPA granted immunity to unnamed co-conspirators. These individuals have never been publicly identified through criminal proceedings, and the immunity provision has not been conclusively tested in the 2019 prosecution context
Recruiters and household staff:
- Several named in civil litigation received civil settlements or were not criminally charged. Sarah Kellen (later Vickers) received immunity under the 2008 NPA
