At the time of his death, Jeffrey Epstein’s known real estate holdings included:
1. Manhattan Townhouse 9 East 71st Street
The largest private residence in Manhattan, a 7-story, 21,000 sq ft townhouse. Originally purchased for approximately million; worth an estimated million at sale. Sold by the estate in 2022 for million.
2. Palm Beach Mansion 358 El Brillo Way
A 14,000 sq ft oceanfront mansion in Palm Beach, Florida. The site of the original Palm Beach Police investigation in 20052006. Sold by the estate in 2021.
3. Little Saint James U.S. Virgin Islands
A 72-acre private island in the USVI, purchased in 1998 for approximately .95 million. Became the primary site of documented trafficking. Sold by the estate in March 2023 for million.
4. Great Saint James U.S. Virgin Islands
An adjacent 165-acre island, purchased in 2016 for approximately .5 million. Remained largely undeveloped. Sold by the estate to the USVI government.
5. Zorro Ranch Stanley, New Mexico
A roughly 8,000-acre cattle ranch with a roughly 30,000 sq ft main residence. Used for social gatherings and documented victim transportation. Sold in 2023.
6. Paris Apartment Avenue Foch
A luxury apartment on one of Paris’s most prestigious streets, used during Epstein’s European visits. Value approximately 10 million.
