A lawsuit was filed in 2016 by a woman identifying herself as ‘Jane Doe’ who alleged both Trump and Epstein sexually assaulted her in the 1990s. The lawsuit was filed and then voluntarily dismissed before trial.
No Known Criminal Investigation
There is no known criminal investigation of Trump in connection with the Epstein case. He was not named in the 2019 SDNY indictment, was not named as a defendant in the major Epstein civil cases, and was not named in the Maxwell prosecution.
