The Little St. James Sale
Following the USVI government lawsuit and ultimately a settlement, Little St. James and Great St. James were sold. The properties were associated with significant remediation costs given their use history.
The Manhattan Mansion
Epstein’s Manhattan townhouse at 9 East 71st Street was listed and sold through the estate. The property was sold for approximately million.
The Palm Beach Estate
The Palm Beach estate was also sold as part of estate administration. The Palm Beach Social Council restricted direct demolition due to architectural significance.
The New Mexico Ranch
Zorro Ranch in New Mexico was sold through the estate. The remote property attracted buyer interest due to its size and airstrip.
