Who Were the Named Co-Conspirators
The 2008 NPA granted immunity to unnamed co-conspirators. Documents later identified several women as ‘potential co-conspirators’: Sarah Kellen, Adriana Ross, Lesley Groff, and Natalie Blaine.
Sarah Kellen
Sarah Kellen was identified as a key Epstein associate who allegedly participated in scheduling victims and coordinating activities. She received immunity through the NPA. She subsequently changed her name, married, and became involved in motorsport. She has not given public interviews about the case.
Adriana Ross
Adriana Ross, a former model, was identified as another co-conspirator. She received immunity and largely avoided public attention.
Why No Prosecution
The NPA’s immunity provision explicitly protected these individuals from federal prosecution for covered conduct. The immunity was controversial but legally binding.
The Victim Advocates’ View
Victim advocates have consistently argued that the immunity extended to co-conspirators without victim notification was an additional CVRA violation and a fundamental miscarriage of justice.
