What is the Epstein Victims' Compensation Program?

The Epstein Victims’ Compensation Program (VCP) was established as a condition of the 2022 settlement between Epstein’s estate and the U.S. Virgin Islands. It was administered by attorney Jordana Feldman and designed to allow victims to submit claims and receive compensation without having to litigate individually. The program required claimants to sign releases giving up their right to sue the estate further.
