What did Marvin Minsky have to do with Epstein?

Marvin Minsky, a founding figure of artificial intelligence research and longtime MIT professor, is alleged by Virginia Giuffre to have been one of the men she was directed to have sex with at Jeffrey Epstein’s properties. The allegation appeared in sealed documents that were eventually part of the 2024 unsealing. Minsky died in January 2016, before these allegations became public and before any investigation could be conducted. MIT acknowledged Minsky had accepted an Epstein-related research gift. The allegation has never been proven or disproven due to Minsky’s death; it remains an allegation in court documents.
