Brad Edwards is a Florida-based attorney who was one of the first lawyers to take on Epstein’s victims’ cases. In 2008, Edwards, along with law professor Paul Cassell, filed the Crime Victims’ Rights Act challenge that ultimately led to Judge Marra’s 2019 ruling that the NPA violated the CVRA. Edwards continued to represent Epstein victims in civil litigation for over a decade, enduring significant legal counterattacks from Epstein’s defense team. He co-authored a book about the experience titled Relentless Pursuit.
