Bradley Edwards is a Florida attorney who became one of the most prominent legal advocates for Jeffrey Epstein’s victims, representing numerous women in civil litigation over more than a decade.
Edwards filed some of the earliest civil suits on behalf of victims and was among the first attorneys to discover that the 2007–2008 federal non-prosecution agreement contained unusual provisions — including the co-conspirator immunity clause and the agreement’s extraordinary secrecy — that he challenged on behalf of his clients.
His legal work culminated in the Crime Victims’ Rights Act challenge that a federal judge ruled in 2019 had been unlawfully handled — that the NPA had been negotiated and implemented without proper notification to the victims, as the CVRA required. That ruling represented a significant legal victory, though the remedies available by that point were limited by Epstein’s federal rearrest and eventual death.
Edwards also sued Alan Dershowitz for defamation on behalf of Virginia Giuffre, in litigation that ran parallel to the underlying trafficking claims. That dispute attracted significant public attention and was ultimately settled.
Edwards co-authored a book published in 2020, “Relentless Pursuit: My Fight for the Victims of Jeffrey Epstein,” documenting his experiences representing victims and the obstacles his legal challenges encountered over more than a decade.
