Connection to Epstein

Bill Clinton, the 42nd President of the United States, had a documented social and travel relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. Flight logs subpoenaed in civil litigation showed Clinton flew on Epstein’s private Boeing 727 on multiple occasions.

According to a 2011 communication from a member of Clinton’s office, Clinton took at least 11 trips on Epstein’s aircraft. A spokesperson stated Clinton had four bodyguards with him on these trips; flight records were disputed as to whether Secret Service agents were present.

Denials

Clinton has stated publicly that he knew Epstein through mutual philanthropic interests and was never aware of any criminal conduct. He has denied ever being at Epstein’s private properties including Little Saint James island (a claim that was contested in some documents).

Documents Unsealing

In unsealed documents from the Giuffre v. Maxwell civil case in 2023-2024, Clinton’s name appeared in various contexts including depositions and correspondence. The unsealed materials did not establish that Clinton was a participant in or witness to any abuse.

Political Context

Clinton’s connection to Epstein has been a recurring political topic, particularly given the Epstein case’s prominence and the volume of prominent figures whose names appeared in connection with his network.
