Epstein’s longtime personal pilot, Larry Visoski, testified at the Maxwell trial. His testimony about flight operations corroborated aspects of the prosecution case while the defense attempted to establish that he had seen nothing inappropriate during flights.
Johanna Sjoberg
Johanna Sjoberg’s deposition, released in civil proceedings, was among the most detailed accounts from someone who had been part of Epstein’s inner circle. She described the recruitment process, Maxwell’s role in directing activities, and encounters involving prominent individuals.
Virginia Giuffre
Virginia Giuffre — the most prominent and publicly identified victim — gave extensive testimony in multiple proceedings including depositions in Giuffre v. Maxwell and her support of the SDNY case. Her statements included specific allegations against Prince Andrew, Alan Dershowitz, and others. She settled with Prince Andrew in 2022. Some of her claims were subject to challenge, and she publicly stated in 2024 that she was reassessing certain specific allegations regarding Prince Andrew.
