History with Epstein

The townhouse was in effect given to Epstein by Les Wexner, who owned the property before Epstein. The transferexecuted through Epstein’s power of attorney arrangementwas part of the broader million in wealth Wexner believes he lost to Epstein.

How It Was Used

The townhouse served multiple functions:

The townhouse was sold by the estate in March 2022 for ** million**below its estimated peak value but the estate’s largest single real estate transaction. The buyer was a private individual; the identity was not disclosed.
