Where is Ghislaine Maxwell Now?
Ghislaine Maxwell is currently incarcerated at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Tallahassee in Florida, a low-security federal prison. She was transferred there after sentencing in June 2022.
Sentence and Projected Release
Her 20-year sentence began in December 2021 with credit for time served. Barring appeal success or sentence commutation, her projected release with good behavior credit falls around 2037, when she would be in her mid-70s.
