The 2008 Deal
The crimes committed at this house were the basis of the case that ended in the notorious Non-Prosecution Agreement with Florida prosecutor Alex Acosta. Epstein received just 13 months in jail with a work-release arrangement.

After Epstein’s 2019 arrest and subsequent death, the house was listed for sale. It sold in 2021 for $18.9 million and was promptly demolished by the new owner.
